Coaching Philosophy
My primary goal is to simply help you become the runner you want to be. My training and coaching philosophy is built on principles that are fundamental to improvement: development of a strong aerobic base; varied, progressive, physiological stress; and the importance of recovery and strength routines to prevent injury.
I want to help you avoid common training mistakes, develop mental toughness, and reach the starting line with confidence. I also believe improvement requires you to commit to training, remain consistent week-in and week-out and communicate honestly with me. I care about your running goals and want to be with you every step of the way-- providing expert knowledge, encouragement, motivation, and support while you train to reach your running dreams!
