Personalized Training Plans

Do you ONLY want a training plan that is customized for you? Not sure you are ready for personal coaching? This option is for those that do not want or need the support of a coach. This option provides ONLY a training plan that is personalized for YOU—your training history, your lifestyle, your goals. We will give you the right mix of runs and the paces at which you need to run them.  All you will need to do is implement!

The training plan option includes an initial telephone assessment,  workouts with recommended training paces, and a free, online training log with Final Surge. All training plans will be delivered in its entirety in Final Surge where you can view, print, or even download your training plan to your personal calendar. 

5k, 10k or Base Plan
up to 8 Weeks​

​Recommended for:
  • Beginners training for the 5k-10k distance
  • Intermediate to advanced runners with prior experience training for any distance up to the half marathon
  • Base building for first-time marathon runner​.​ ​​
